agent windows connected but blue icon instead of green

Hello,

the windows agent in the web console shows a blue icon, and it is not possible to use any remote access tool.

Reboot done to the user locally does not solve the problem.

  • Color the OS icon blue: Slow connection. The device is connected but commands and messages may take some time to execute since the endpoint is busy.
Can you please confirm whether you still have the blue icon showing?

It does not seem sensible to me that it remains blue even on PCs that are always on, a reboot after 8 days does not help.
