Automated email response to specific tickets

Hi, i want to setup an automatic email response when endpoint users lodge a password reset/recovery ticket
Is this possible?

Thanks Jay, i saw that however is there a way to automatically reply with the password reset link email to users who submit a password reset/recovery ticket?
With those check boxes none of them link to anything like my desired result as far as i can tell
