Can't Download Bulk Installation Package for Windows

Hi,

Thinking I must have missed a setup piece somewhere here, so sorry for the question. I’m trying to download the Bulk Installation Package for windows but nothing happens when I click on the download button. When I change to either linux or mac the download button works fine and the package downloads correctly. I’m using a free account, is this somehow restricted from downloading the Bulk Installation Package for windows?

Grateful for any help that can be provided.

confim the problem,
choosing Windows X86, X64 or X86+X64 nothing happens,
OK with MAC and LINUX,
I have not really a free account.
