Change the ITSMService service from 'Automatic' to 'Automatic (Delayed Start)'

Hi!

I need one that will set the ITSMService service to from “automatic” to “Automatic (delayed start)”
(A connection issue fix from Comodo support, that I need for roll out to 350 pc’s.)
It needs to work on 32 and 64 bit win 7, and 64 bit win 10.

Would this script not be able to just restart the service after the changes to get it to reflect the new policy? We get the “Comodo failed to start” messages on many of our servers. We don’t like to restart them (ever from the way the Dev group sounds).
