Comodo ITSM Firewall Blocking Access to Printer Shares

We have several printers shared out from user computers with Comodo ITSM installed and the firewall enabled. We are unable to access the printer shares from these computers. If the firewall is disabled, the shares can be accessed. I attempted to open the ports required for Windows File and Print Sharing with no success. The ports were opened through a custom ruleset with the ports below:

UDP 138, File and Printer Sharing (NB-Datagram-In)
UDP 137, File and Printer Sharing (NB-Name-In)
TCP 139, File and Printer Sharing (NB-Session-In)
TCP 445, File and Printer Sharing (SMB-In)

Has anyone run into this issue and have insight into how it is resolved?

Thanks,

Charlie

@cripple ,

This issue had been addressed by our previous release. Please update with latest CCS build (10.6.0.6727) and check if the issue still persists.

Thank you, I will try that.

Only way known by us is disable the firewall for peer-to-peer networks. It has been this way for a long time, but if you do manage to get it to work it would be great to hear from you.

I have this same problem

I have managed to got a local printer accessible over the network, it is on a domain but this shouldn’t matter???
