The autodiscover and deployment tool is great and works really well, but it would be extremely handy to deploy to any site at will over the network. Currently the endpoint manager has AD sync to pull groups and map them, if this was expanded to deployment by selecting various OU’s within AD then using a server to distribute and install the content that would be extremely convenient from a MSP perspective.
As the devices would be domain joined, using admin credentials it could connect to the devices C drive (\device\c$), create a folder, copy the MSI and execute msiexec using wmic then remove the leftover files.
