Just out of curiosity on how the HTML behaves in the service desk email templates. I am having a difficult time making a responsive email template. Is this something that is achievable?

Thanks for the wiki link. I was able to take a look but nothing in there answers my doubt. My question was more related to the use of . For example, to make a responsive template, a tag is used. Whenever I use this HTML tag and I go to review the looks of the template, I go back to the HTML code and it disappears from there. That gives me the impression that the supported tags are limited. Is there a list of limitations to the HTML code you can use inside the template?
