I recently had my account moved to the US servers, and you have never got my service desk working. I have replied to all the emails, and even re-replied to them!! I really need this fixed, I was trying not to come here with it, but this is ridiculous, I need my service desk to work, so I can run my business…
Any update on this?? I really need my service desk working??

Yes, thank you. I can access it, it is not filling in on my dashboard, but I can at least use it now!!!
