On our C1 Device summary is reporting that several of my end-points have missing patches. I have checked the a reported device but there are no Operating System or Third-Party updates listed. What do I do?

It seems that just after I posted my question (above) our C1 Device summary has been updated and all mis-reported patch status devices are not reporting correctly. I was monitoring this since Friday August 24, 2018.
We thank you for your quick response. Please observe within today if any discrepancies will appear. We will leave the support ticket we created open in the meantime.
