Schedule reports (Tickets/Costs) as PDF

Hi, I have notice that whatever I have tried, the schedule reports are sent only as csv and not as PDF.

Is there something that I’m missing ?

Can you please confirm whether you have selected “PDF” in “File Type”

Hi, yes, the file type is pdf.
Also when I try to edit again the schedule its csv again.
