    MSP's we're in the process of enhancing the comodo academy platform, to make it easier to access the training courses, I'd be very interested in hearing what you would like to see. We already have the basic overview course, ticket course and ITSM course, what would you like to see next? and how do you think we can improve the content?

      Best and standard practices. How to's. Classes should go deep into the operations of C1 and how these relate to IT Support and MSP functions. Maybe offer different tracks, Service Desk, IT Service Management, BCDR, Security.

        MTekhna - I appreciate your ideas, and I'm going to do what you suggest here. We've already created and published deeper courses for Servicedesk and ITSM, but they are at the "how to" level. We'll go deeper into scenarios looking at operational practices for IT support and MSP's.
