This might be a temporary problem. We see that the portal and the Remote Control application works fine now. You should be able to access it without issues.

Hello all,

Is anyone else having login issues this morning?

Remote Control app refusing to connect saying not authorised.

Portal seemed to work earlier, then worked partially by allowing to login but some sections wouldnt work (i.e. RMM would go to endpoint manager login page instead of the device list).

Now https://itarian.com/app/msp/login redirects to the homepage.
