  • Password and account policies

    I don't have Password and account policies options in my settings page on Itarian. Do I have to do something for them to appear?

      Unfortunately, no. When I click on Settings I have only Change Password tab in Password and Account Settings. I don't see Password and Account Policies (e.g.lockout time and pass expiry).

          Not account admin, but admin.

            The above settings are manageable by the account admin role alone.

              Could you create an option to add permission for changing this setting to other roles in Role section.
              I would also be interested to have option to disable/enable some other permissions in Role section:
              1. Password and Account Policies.
              2. Enable 2FA.
              3. Delete device.
              4. Delete EM users.
              5. Delete Service Desk users.

                Hello msp_security ,

                You can disable/enable Delete device and Delete EM users from EM portal Role Management.
                Please check on the following settings :

                inventory.users
                inventory.devices.actions.delete

                For the Service Desk, delete users :
                Please access Manage Roles and check Staff Management >"Delete Staff" Settings.
