CCS Firewall - web browsing slowed to a crawl

We have a couple of EndPoints on which the firewall driver is slowing or stopping all web browsing. We have had this before after an update and found that uninstalling and then reinstalling CCS resolves the issue. On two EndPoints, however, this does not resolve it and we have had to disable the firewall driver in the network properties of the NIC.

We have opened a support case for this, but I am posting it here in case anyone else is experiencing the same problem.
