How to white list

I have a client that uses a program that spawns some temp files.
The file path is this:
C:\Users\pescareno\SolarEclipse\cache\192.168.1.50.2080\solar-launcher.jar

So every user will have a different file path and only the c:\users \solareclipse\cache \solar-launcher.jar is the same for all.

What will be the safest way and easy to make sure this does not get tagged as virtual again?

H.

You could, within the profile; antivirus; add a path to exclude something like the following:

*\SolarEclipse\cache*

you can also exclude the app itself and or the JAR.

I’m still getting used to this myself

What I wound up doing is defining a “whitelist” file group within Settings\System Templates\file group variables that way I can apply it in containment, hips, antivirus and firewall
