Include under Device > Device Name > Summary the external IP address and logged in user. Ability to search for a logged in user would be helpful also. For example, if we get a call from someone who needs support and we need to remote control their computer, searching by their username to find the computer in question would be helpful.
If you have an API this wouldn’t be that hard for us to write.
