When the Process and File Explorer remote tools run, it pops up a HUD on the users screen. Is there a way to disable this, or can we have an option to disable this. There are time where I need to check on a process or review the file structure remotely on a users computer and need to have the user unaware of what is going on for security purposes.

Yes, absolutely understand your use case. This functionality is a work in progress. You’ll have full control over customer notification options with January release including enabling and disabling tools of your choice through Profile Settings.

As of the moment, we do not have an option to disable the notification. But the user can close the notification once it appears. We’ll gladly forward a request for this functionality that will meet your MPS needs and inform you of any news and updates from our Product Development’s progress.
