Anyone noticing that the remote control when going from OSX, either Mojave or Catalina, thier numbers, space bar, and some special characters don’t work? Have to use the onscreen keyboard on the remote machine a lot.
Hi @merryworks , A support ticket is created for you to check this issue with the Remote control. You will shortly get an email with the ticket id and will continue to assist you through the ticket.
Can this topic also be updated. Support tickets are great, but there isn’t just one person with this problem.
Working with the ticket, but so far the response is it is not compatible with Catalina.
One thing I have found that maybe the trick is to go into System Preferences, Security & privacy, and go into Input Monitoring. Make sure to add Remote Control by Itarian.
