Mac OS X Catalina 10.15.1
Itarian Remote Control will not install and popup below appears. If Itarian wants to become a big dog and start charging they need to fix stuff like this proactively not reactively. There are workarounds to this issue but it shouldn’t be an issue in the first place. The same also happens with the Endpoint Manager software.
As of the moment, OSx Catalina is not yet supported with the current platform build, and we still under development on getting full OS compatibility. For currently supported OS environments, please open EM portal>Settings>Support
