Is there some sort of service issue going on? Many of my agents are showing up as inactive in the RMM portal even though when I check the Endpoint Manager software on the endpoint it shows they are communicating.
I have tried to run bulk install packages on some endpoints and it's not auto enrolling into my Itarian account, instead its prompting for enrollment information.
