Itarian support should add new release of Windows Remote Control to Patch Management

Please could you arrange for your workflow to include adding the new release of Windows Remote Control to Patch Management when you have a platform update? I've submitted a ticket for this month's version to be added.

You seem to have replied wrongly. Remote Control is already on PM, it's just that you don't add the latest release automatically. I raise a ticket each time and it is updated.
