Hi,

Please advise if there is an MSI installation package for the acronis x64 windows agent? I am attempting to run a repair installation via ITSM. The RMM service has disappeared from a few of the workstations I am backing up.

Hi @providingit ,

For enable to install Acronis agent at workstation. You have to setup an Administrator account in Acronis for you to use when installing the Agent. In the Acronis Console go to Groups -> Select the Group that you want the machine to be part of -> Administrators -> Add an account and use it’s credentials to install the agent.
