Intergration of CRM with Outlook

Mnost CRMs provide an Integration module that allows you to access key CRM elements from within Microsoft Outlook (such as creating cases). If this can be done for Comodo CRM, it would make the CRM much more appealing.

Also, more integration between Comodo products would be beneficial. For example, when creating a customer in the CRM, provide a button that automatically creates the contact and customer account in ITSM, Dome, Service Desk and C1.
