  • Patches service currently not responding.

    Patch Management infographic does not load on the EM dashboard. Trying to access the Patch Management module produces the message below after a lengthy wait:

          It's down again.

          Do you guys not monitor these services? Users shouldn't have to report it here.

            They are monitoring, but sometimes auto heal from monitors do not work to which they have to manually solve.

            We are all often then too fast to notice, do we report which is a good thing.

              We reached out to the responsible team earlier but, as of this posting, we do not have any updates yet from them. The patches service (for the Global Software Inventory) is still currently not responding as well on our side.

              EDIT: A few minutes after this post, the Global Software Inventory patch service is back to normal.
