Hot fix for Service Desk (2020-06-29)

Hello everyone,

We want to inform you that we have a hot fix over Service Desk on 29th of June at 08:30 (UTC+3).

Here is the item that are included in the hot fix.

Bug Fixes

• Fixed the issue of "js code from the "HTML" code editor can be executed in the "Post a Reply" section"
• Fixed the issue of " C1 mobile tickets access issues"
• Fixed the issue of " SD scheduled reports are not removed when their creator is removed from C1 side"
• Fixed the issue of "SD returns 504 Gateway Time-out during deleting a big amount of tickets"
• Fixed the issue of ""Operation Failed - service type is required" appears while back out from the ticket and saving work time"
