  • End user submitting tickets via the Comm client - How to change departments?

    So I am trying to figure out how to update the departments that are listed in the menu options when end users submit tickets via the Communication client icon under ":Submit Ticket"? Right now it only has Support and Maintenance as the options? I would like to edit this to add/remove departments?

    Any ideas where to edit? Ive dug through Service desk and profiles/templates in Endpoint manager...

    As of the moment, this function is behavior by design in the current implementation. The communication agent has only 2 SD Departments: Support and Maintenance and they are hardcoded. The communication agent is not yet synced to the new custom departments created on Service Desk. This is a feature that our Development Team had been working and we are targeting this functionality to be implemented on the production environment within a long term project may be sooner. We'll get you notified on this
