  • Configure Departments for Ticket Submission

    Good day,
    I am trying to add my departments for Ticket submissions
    I can't get my departments to show in the available department.
    Is there something I am missing?
    You do not have permission to view this gallery.

      My departments are not showing in the Configure Departments for Ticket Submission

      Nothing to select there. I have made departments.

        Can you please verify whether departments are made "Public"
        • The ‘Department' drop-down shows departments you have marked as 'Public' in Service Desk.

            Hi,

            I too have the same problem.
            (I already checked the guides and the related topics.)

            I have 2 public Departments but the list stays empty.
            Pressing 'Synchronize' doesn't help.
