I am not able to see or add departments. All are set as Public. Can you please check and advise? Thank you!

I just checked and now its working.
I can select the departments.

Can you please verify whether departments are made "Public"- The ‘Department' drop-down shows departments you have marked as 'Public' in Service Desk.

I am trying to add my departments for Ticket submissions
I can't get my departments to show in the available department.
Is there something I am missing?
