  • Cannot add Tasks to Projects in ServiceDesk module

    Cannot add tasks to projects in servicedesk module. When doing so it just freezes. Does anyone experiencing this issue and is there a fix for this? Thank You.

    We have tried replicating your issue and was able to add a task (used Chrome for replicating). Please, re-attempt steps. You might as well try optimizing browser's cache and cookies.

      Hi Jimmy ,
      I have tried as you suggested on IE, Google chrome and also multiple other computers, They all do the same thing when i try to add a task. Please see Pic of what happens when i try to add task.
