    • Check for reboot and reboot with updates.

It seems that when there are pending updates, a reboot doesn't necessarily apply them from Comodo One. Can we get an extra script or tool that will reboot a machine if it has pending updates and actually APPLY the updates on the reboot (as if you were doing the "restart" from within Windows Update)?

This is mentioned in this serverfault post:
      https://serverfault.com/questions/39...l-and-shutdown

I've reboot machines that had pending updates numerous times and I end up having to go in with remote control and manually apply the restart-with-updates from WU. There has to be a more efficient way to do this, as obviously this doesn't scale.

              • Thank you for the uninstall sophos script, it's really appreciated.

By the way, is it ok if i post this to forums where people are stuck with sophos incorrectly installed on their pc? Or is it strictly non distributable?

                  • Hello,

I am in need of a script to map a network printer via IP. We have no on-prem servers in our environment and therefore no print servers.

This script was the only relevant one I've found, though it is for a server-hosted printer: https://scripts.comodo.com/frontend/...-shared-folder

                    Thanks.

                      • Hi boo

Other similar scripts could be useful for hardware added and for driver updated

Please refer the below script, which is used to check all the hardware's driver updates and installed it.

                        https://scripts.comodo.com/frontend/...tomatic-update

                        Note:

Please run as a system user

                        Environment - windows 8,10

                        Thank You

                        • I know this isn't directly related but i am having problems running the script: uninstall sophos.
I got this as an error:
Traceback (most recent call last): File "<string>", line 3, in <module> File "C:\Program Files (x86)\COMODO\Comodo ITSM\lib\subprocess.py", line 710, in __init__ errread, errwrite) File "C:\Program Files (x86)\COMODO\Comodo ITSM\lib\subprocess.py", line 958, in _execute_child startupinfo) WindowsError: [Error 2] The system cannot find the file specified
It did start but never finnished, does anyone know why this could be happening? I would love to finally get rid of sophos once and for all! Thanks
