Get hard disk S.M.A.R.T. status report not working

Hi, I am getting errors trying to run hard disk health report.

I believe it is because the smartctl is x86 and not running on Windows 10 x64?

Could this be the issue?

Can you please share the script you are using and error you are receiving while running the script, so that our script developers can investigate the issue.

Our script "SMART disk failure status check for disk error" uses purely windows command for health status, it doesn't use smartctl tool.

Note: If your using smartctl tool, please make sure smart enabled in hard disk.
