dl.cmdm.comodo.com performance

loving the platform

Have an issue with deployments though, the default deployment email links users to a client on dl.cmdm.comodo.com and the performance of this web host never gets above 50KB/s. It can take 25 mins to download a 70Mb installer.

it doesn't seem to matter what time of day so I am assuming this is shaped? however, considering that the updates and client files are small, surely that could be improved?

We have attempted 2 case scenarios for downloading the remote tool application.
One from the Tools section (first 2 images) and the other from the Bulk Install section. As you can see, there are variations. We recommend downloading it directly from the Tools section from your portal.


In addition, a default deployment email link (for communication client) does not redirect to dl.cmdm.comodo.com. It redirects to portal URL.
