2.3. What if for ticket resolve we need materials and inventory items? How we can generate invoice? At SD? At QM?

How to generate bill-list (overall cost materials + inventory)?
If we will add material cost at SD module - we can’t generate Quote for ticket. If we use QM - we can’t generate quote with materials cost from SD module.

Unfortunately this will have to be done separately, you will need to create quotas with the items listed in the report. You can use the import function for .csv files to speed up the process:
