Is there an easy way to deploy the Agent from the RMM without any user interaction. as well as monitor the activity

This integration with C1 would be a good thing. If you think about what the basics are in managing/monitoring computers, data backup is a major pillar- IMHO. The deployment works ok, but having it integrated within C1 would be significantly more efficient.
