After installing agent/security endpoint, Chrome can not connect to Internet

I found that after installation of Comodo One communication agent and security, that Chrome lost its connection to internet. It is stuck at Establishing secure connection. Upon research i narrowed it down to being related to the CryptSVC on Windows 10 (when i restart this service, all seems ok temporarily). I’ve tried uninstalling comodo but the problem did not revert. Microsoft Edge and Firefox do not seem to be affected. Is there a known permanant resolution and reason as to when/why this happens so I a-correct the current problem and b-avoid in future installations?
