All of our machines have de-registered


All of our machines within the RMM have unregistered, and no our companies that we have setup show no results found. We have lost access to support pretty much our entire business because of this?

On closer inspection, it seems if you delete a user, any PC that has been installed by them, removes itself from the client and sends it into a default customer. I have 300 machines that are now no longer identifiable to a customer.

We cannot delete user if there are devices which belong the this user hence if you removed company via C1 portal > Management > Customers, then all devices which were enrolled to this
company will be moved to the Default Company which is an expected behavior.
Would you mind tell us what exactly you have deleted and what happened afterwards?
