It would be great when the device list would
- store the sorting
- customizable columns (e.g. I would love to have the device OS version in the list)

The features you suggested are already included in the mid-term implementation timeline of the product roadmap. If you want to see something else very specific in the Device List, feel free to mention it here.
I would love to see the ability to add an asset tag to the machines. We currently print a label and put it onto a PC it would be nice to have that option in the device field some where.
We have received a similar request regarding the functionality you wish to appear on the platform. Our Development Team is working on making this achievable within our mid-term goal. We will provide you an email notification once a finalized implementation becomes available.
