User see all tickets or only assigned to him?
Do C1 App send alert when new ticket assigned to user?

A staff logged in to C1 -Service Desk will see all the tickets. However he will only have full access to those assigned to him. For more details about Managing the Tickets please see: https://help.comodo.com/topic-289-1-629-7981-Managing-Tickets.html

C1 doesn’t generate any alert when a ticket is assigned to a staff.

Let me correct the last answer, there is 2 places where you can configure the alerts. Comodo ONE can send alerts to users and staff per your choice and configuration.

  1. From portal notifications menu, you can control mail alerts: https://help.comodo.com/topic-289-1-625-7866-Configuring-Alerts-and-Notices.html

  2. From mobile application, push notifications menu, you can control push notifications you want to receive.
