Is there an API available for creating and closing tickets in an external system? I use WHMCS as my billing and ticketing system as that allows me to automate web hosting functions. What I’d like to achieve either by API or eMail forwarding is to have tickets which are raised automatically from C1 alerts to be forwarded to WHMCS and then when I close them in WHMCS they should close in Service Desk.
