Hi, any time i try to install patches, i get this error “failure: could not install patch”. I am test running PM on one endpoint and i can’t seem to load patches, i can’t install patches and as i’m typing this message, i can no longer login to the PM module see image below. Kindly help with is…#frustrating
Good day. We’re sorry to hear about the issue you encountered with the Patch Management. More than 7 hours have already passed since you’ve made this post. Are you still experiencing this same login error?
If no, then hopefully you have no other difficulties with using the Patch Management.
If yes, please provide us other details of the said issue. We will check if there is a server-side issue with the logins, if there is one. Also, you may want to double-check if you are entering the correct login credentials.
