Cant enroll

Hi. 10 PCs ago we cant enroll device. Installer always asks proxy settings. Different PCs, different OS.
No any changes in network parameters, all previously installed ITSM-agents works good. New install now require proxy settings. Why?

@Sergey Regarding to your concern that we can’t enroll devices and asking for proxy settings, I already sent you a ticket number thru email and we’ll coordinate this one to our higher tier of support. We’ll keep you posted.
