Can't login - 'portal on hold'


Getting the following error, I cannot get to any applications at all - I’ve waited 5 minutes, but yet the issue persists. What’s going on?

Your portal is on hold

We are working on upgrading your portal. It should be ready in 5 minutes.

I’m not trying to get to the MDM stuff (I’m not using it)…I need to get in…help!

 We apologize about this unforeseen issue. We are currently working hand in hand with our developers to find the root cause of the issue and will give an update  of when will the issue be resolved.

I’m getting the same error fwiw.

The Geekbuddy license you currently have cannot be used in Comodo ONE as it is a different product.
