CC All Recipients in Service Desk

Is there any news regarding the inclusion of all recipients, when someone sends a request, and includes other people by CC. Last time I checked, it only sends it to the TO email address, and excludes all the CC’s, which means they are left out of the conversation when responding from the service desk
