Change Service Desk URL (company name change) / delete module


Our company has changed our name slightly and I’m trying to change the service desk URL to reflect this change. I can’t change it from the admin section of Service Desk.

Also I thought that while I could not change it from there that I might delete the service desk module and reinstall it but I don’t see any option to do this from the general administration screen.

It would be helpful if we could remove modules that we no longer need or that we installed for testing but this should be set up with a fail safe just in case someone accidentally presses the wrong button.

Ability to change the Helpdesk URL is an option that has been scheduled to be implemented for Q4 of 2016.
We will notify you by email as soon as this becomes available.
