The ‘remote tool - beta’ is for downloading small files (up to 50 MB) for now. This is what is mentioned in the ITSM release notes.
This is not the final Remote Tool we are building which is due out in September. This is a browser based one (its not P2P) so there are some limitation. The one we will release in September will be P2P and wont’ have this size limitation.
Will the September release of CRC virus check files being transferred?

Virus check is on our roadmap of File Transfer and File Explorer functionalities. It’ll not be in the very first release of File Transfer which is scheduled for September, it’ll be available in the next fall releases.
