Currently using it and it seems to be operating faster than normal, also, the screen scaling is far easier to work with than Solarwind MSP Anywhere’s. I hope these improvements continue

I have the exact same issue. I’ve already un-installed the product until a suitable solution can be found. I was really looking forward to this too as it would be great for our small environment. I had to use AnyDesk to get connected. I’ll watch this thread to see if there is any updates or news about this issue. I see it or similar ones posted quite a bit here.

how is it that ITSM its showing me that i have 271 Windows Devices online (i have confirmed this is firstly wrong it should be more than 350) but anyway be that as it may but then in comodo remote control it only shows 190 online. the system just cant be this unreliable!

I’m also having an issue where the input on the remote machine is all CAPS. CAPS lock on and off doesn’t change it, nor does holding shift.

I tried replicating your issue to check if an issue is still affecting New CRC. So far I was able to utilize the upper case and lower case letters. Can you please try to uninstall the New CRC and reinstall it once more from the portal. Please give us your feed back
