create client user to monitor tickets.

CEO’s of companies with Provide services too would like to monitor Tickets for their staff every now and again.

Is it possible to create a read-only user account for client users to view tickets in the service desk area?

What we can do is request this kind of functionality to our development team, have it analyzed and notify you once this feature had come to fruition.
