CRM IP Phone integration

Could be very useful to have the CRM integrate with IP phone systems

Please provide us more details about how you would like the integration to work, we will then forward your request to the development department for further analysis.

As far as I understand the CRM is build upon vTiger and vTiger already has IP integration.

But was thinking that it would be great if, when a customer calls, the CRM could already go the that customers open tickets, or more granular - if we know the user calling and they have a open ticket go to that ticket/tickets, or if they don’t have any open tickets, open a new ticket
