I have configured 1 monitor to the servers that I admin, long time ago. The monitor send me an alert and create a ticket if the device is offline for about 60 minutes. Since last week, the script reports that the servers are offline and send me emails for every day, every hour. Now, i have deleted the monitor condition but the tickets are keep creating. If this happens another week, I´m gonna go crazy. Help please to restore the monitor to the normal activity, or refresh de agents to the new configuration (no monitor)
