You are correct. I believe since this request is posted on the script request section by @PushMotion that is why it is being interpreted as a script request. @PushMotion if you are pertaining to disable External devices on the ITSM portal then you can view @nct s’ posted help guide link for your reference. I have attached as well a sample screenshot
